Experience working with

Do not have practical experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.

What will you do
Build and manage a centralized analytics platform from the ground up.
Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to drive strategic decisions.
Design and implement ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all reporting systems.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing, and leadership to define KPIs and data strategies.
Conduct deep-dive investigations into customer behavior, performance metrics, and market trends.
Develop internal tools and models to track business health and opportunity areas.
Drive initiatives to enhance analytics adoption across teams.
Own the data governance practices to ensure compliance and data security.
Provide thought leadership and mentor junior analysts in the team.
Work Experience:
2 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
Prior experience in a product-based company or high-growth e-commerce environment is strongly preferred.
