Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead IT Infrastructure Audit, IT Security assessments, Vulnerability Assessment, and Risk Assessment activities.
• Own and manage cybersecurity and data protection across the entire organization.
• Analyze and enhance existing security architecture; recommend improvements continuously.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity best practices, security standards, and guidelines.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and security testing for web applications and infrastructure.
• Develop testing methodologies aligned with industry best practices.
• Work with Windows and Linux server environments to ensure secure configurations.
• Implement IT security solutions and performance monitoring systems.
• Lead cyber-incident detection, investigation, and analysis activities.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams on security issues and preventive controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC are an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Firewalls, Servers, Endpoint Security, SIEM, WAF, IDS/IPS, and Cloud Security.
• Up-to-date understanding of cybersecurity threats, trends, and hacking techniques.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Enthusiastic, resourceful, and possesses a strong problem-solving mindset.

• Position: Senior Cyber Security Analyst
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred or 1 month Notice also accepted.
• CTC: Competitive package based on experience, skills, and track record
• Location: Preferably Trichy, but open to candidates from Tamil Nadu and Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
