Job Summary: Job Title: Senior Customer Support Executive Company: Solarzon Energy Location: 11/819/6 takrohi road indira nagar Lucknow Job Type: Full-Time Department: Customer Support/Service Reports to: Customer Support Manager / Operations Head Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Customer Support Executive to join our team at Solarzon Energy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling escalated customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting after-sales service processes, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve technical and administrative issues efficiently. A good understanding of solar energy systems, customer service procedures, and government portal-related processes is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints through phone, email, and in-person communication. Manage escalations from junior support staff and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure proper service delivery and issue resolution.. Provide regular updates to customers about their service status, subsidy approval, and installation timelines. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer service reports for internal review. Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements for better customer experience. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/BSc in Energy, Engineering, or related fields preferred). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer support (preferably in the solar energy or renewable sector). Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages a plus). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
