As a Senior Customer Support at SRICO in Bangalore, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Prepare quotations and share them with the Sales Team - Input and update relevant data in the CRM system - Download and share relevant data from Imprint to the Sales Team - Update tender-related information on the GEM portal - Track details regarding tenders won or lost - Coordinate with branches - Prepare monthly reports for sharing To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
