As a Senior Customer Support at SRICO in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing quotations and sharing them with the Sales Team. - Inputting and updating relevant data in the CRM system. - Downloading and sharing relevant data from Imprint to the Sales Team. - Updating tender-related information on the GEM portal. - Tracking details regarding tenders won or lost. - Coordinating with branches. - Preparing monthly reports for sharing. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar position. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team will be key to your success at SRICO.
