Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for support to customer and Service Engineers on all after-sales activities; Assisting the service team in all matters related to technical services. Coordinate between the customers all over India and Technical staff at various branches in resolving service issues and updating the status of the same. Arranging units/parts to be sent to customers. racking and updating of service reports of all the service staff. Arranging for service-related components, tools, parts, etc.,. Preferred candidate profile + years, BE / BTech /B.sc Electronics preferably in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation
