Senior Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and issues over voice calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
  • Work with internal tools and CRM systems to log and track customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, CSAT, and adherence.
  • Follow escalation protocols and collaborate with team leads for issue resolution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

    in an international voice process (BPO/Contact Center).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Neutral to US-accented speech with excellent voice clarity.
  • Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Education: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
