Job Description

Experience: 3 Years+

Location: Mohali

Shift time: 7:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to our Canadian clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to logistics services.
  • Lead a team of customer support representatives, guiding and mentoring them to achieve service excellence.
  • Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, metrics, and performance goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a night shift (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM) and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics services and operations (an asset)
