Mission Health is Gujarat’s No.1 physiotherapy and rehabilitation center, dedicated to delivering advanced treatment and patient care. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Female) to manage patient inquiries, calls, and appointment bookings with utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries about our services and facilities.
• Make outgoing calls to patients for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and service inquiries.
• Schedule and manage appointments with doctors in the system.
• Provide accurate information about treatments, services, and facilities.
• Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, and patient details.
• Ensure professional call etiquette and deliver a positive patient experience.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth coordination.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only.
• Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
• Maximum age: 30 years.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Prior experience in customer support / call center / healthcare front desk preferred.
• Ability to handle calls with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
