Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers on medical insurance queries.
  • Provide accurate resolutions and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company & US healthcare guidelines.
  • Meet quality and productivity benchmarks consistently.

Eligibility

  • Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process (mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving & customer-first approach.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts.
  • Relieving letter from previous employer is mandatory.
