Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Assistance team. The role involves handling calls and emails from customers worldwide, providing timely support during medical emergencies, accidents, or travel-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance. Coordinate with global partners and service providers to deliver solutions Handle cases involving customers traveling in Europe and the US, requiring familiarity with their geography, cultural nuances, and healthcare systems. Maintain detailed case documentation and follow compliance protocols. Work collaboratively within a team to meet service standards and KPIs.
