Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound international customer calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism.

Provide prompt, effective resolution to customer queries and complaints.

Guide customers on product and service usage.

Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Meet daily/weekly targets on quality, response time, and resolution.

Exhibit a positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred candidate profile

0-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an international BPO

Excellent command of English (verbal and written)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Self-motivated, positive, proactive, and a strong team player

Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts

Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset
