Senior Customer Service Executive - International

As a Senior Customer Service Executive at 1-2-Taste, a leading digital platform in the B2B food industry based in Chennai, India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing order fulfillment and customer service operations. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating logistics, and handling customer inquiries and complaints to ensure seamless communication between sales, supply chain, and customers. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, coordinating shipments with Khoek for outbound deliveries, and managing customer forecasts to set accurate inventory targets. You will act as the primary point of contact for sales regarding order status, investigate customer complaints, and communicate with suppliers to track issue resolution. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service roles within the food ingredients industry. You should possess a strong understanding of supply chain processes, experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, preferred skills include knowledge of food safety regulations, experience in working with B2B digital platforms, and strong stakeholder management skills across sales, logistics, and supply chain.
