Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions and post-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications and queries.
  • Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and project teams to ensure timely updates and smooth customer experience.
  • Manage client documentation, agreements, payment follow-ups, and handover processes.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns effectively and ensure quick resolution.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, real estate preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Own vehicle for site visits
  • Must have good knowledge of MS office or google sheets and similar tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
