Senior Credit Analyst

Our focus is on enhancing international commerce by providing logistic, risk management, financing, and market intelligence services to our customers and partners. **Responsibilities:** - Manage credit related activities for assigned products/regions - Assess and evaluate current and new business opportunities - Provide support to senior management in risk assessment and decision making - Liaise with Traders, Customers, and Banks to discuss credit matters and resolve issues - Analyze customer financial statements to authorize or recommend credit limits - Request and review third party credit reports and credit references - Visit customers to assess credit worthiness - Monitor exposure, release orders, and manage collections of their own portfolio - Prepare and review reports to monitor exposures - Uphold internal credit policies and procedures **Experience & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required - Minimum 5 years of experience in a credit role - Fluent in English, French is highly desirable - Highly analytical and able to problem solve - Strong communication and presentation skills - Detail oriented - Comfortable being assertive and making tough decisions - Thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong technical proficiency in Excel - Familiarity with business intelligence tools and ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle BI, is a plus),
