About the Role

As our Senior Creative Producer, you will be the driving force behind the visual and creative success of all our content. You will be responsible for the entire creative process, from conceptualization and budget management to shoot direction and final post-production. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can balance high-level creative strategy with meticulous execution.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Creative Strategy & Collaboration:

• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to shoots and visual storytelling to create engaging and impactful content.
• Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and the social team to maintain a cohesive creative vision.
• Stay current with industry trends to ensure our content is modern and appealing.

Shoot Direction & Set Design:

• Plan and oversee all aspects of shoots, including themes, objectives, and visual storytelling.
• Lead studio or on-location shoots, directing camera angles, lighting, and props to achieve creative excellence.
• Conceptualise and execute the setup of the entire set, including props and visual ambiance.

Video Editing & Post-Production:

• Edit videos, shorts, and reels as requested by the social team, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Tailor edits to suit platform-specific requirements and audience preferences.
• Make necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.

Budget & Release Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for all shoots, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Identify and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing for equipment, locations, and other production needs.
• Collaborate with the distribution team to align creative outputs with the content release schedule and ensure all assets are delivered on time.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all creative outputs maintain a high standard of quality that aligns with the brand’s vision.
• Conduct thorough reviews of all content before final delivery and release.

• Proven experience in a creative production role with a strong portfolio in shoot direction, set design, and video production.
• Expertise in video editing and post-production for various digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and negotiate with vendors.
• A collaborative leader with experience working with cross-functional teams, including content creators and social media managers.
• A strategic thinker who can bring innovative ideas and stay ahead of creative trends.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance and delivering projects on time.
