Senior Creative Producer

As the Senior Creative Producer at SparkForge Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the visual and creative success of all content. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing fresh and innovative ideas to shoots and visual storytelling to create engaging and impactful content. - Working closely with content creators, graphic designers, and the social team to maintain a cohesive creative vision. - Staying current with industry trends to ensure the content remains modern and appealing. In addition, you will be responsible for: - Planning and overseeing all aspects of shoots, including themes, objectives, and visual storytelling. - Leading studio or on-location shoots, directing camera angles, lighting, and props to achieve creative excellence. - Conceptualizing and executing the setup of the entire set, including props and visual ambiance. Furthermore, you will be involved in: - Editing videos, shorts, and reels as requested by the social team, ensuring high-quality outputs. - Tailoring edits to suit platform-specific requirements and audience preferences. - Making necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders. Moreover, you will: - Develop and manage budgets for all shoots, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. - Identify and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing for equipment, locations, and other production needs. - Collaborate with the distribution team to align creative outputs with the content release schedule and ensure timely delivery.
