Senior Creative Producer & Video Editor

As a Senior Creative Producer & Video Editor at SparkForge Labs, your role will be crucial in driving the visual and creative success of all content produced by the company. You will oversee the entire creative process, from conceptualization to post-production, and ensure that the content is engaging, impactful, and aligned with the company's vision. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing fresh and innovative ideas to shoots and visual storytelling - Collaborating closely with content creators, graphic designers, and the social team to maintain a cohesive creative vision - Staying updated with industry trends to ensure the content remains modern and appealing - Planning and overseeing all aspects of shoots, including themes, objectives, and visual storytelling - Leading studio or on-location shoots, directing camera angles, lighting, and props - Conceptualizing and executing the setup of the entire set, including props and visual ambiance - Editing videos, shorts, and reels as requested, tailored to suit platform-specific requirements - Managing budgets for shoots and negotiating with vendors for equipment and locations - Collaborating with the distribution team to align creative outputs with the content release schedule - Ensuring all creative outputs maintain high quality standards and align with the brand's vision Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in a creative production role with a strong portfolio in shoot direction, set design, and video production - Expertise in video editing and post-production for various digital platforms - Ability to manage budgets effectively and negotiate with vendors - Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with content creators and social media managers - Strategic thinking skills with the ability to bring innovative ideas and stay ahead of creative trends - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and timely project delivery If you are interested in applying for this position, you can send your resume to harsh@sparkforge.media.,
