This opportunity is with an adevrtising agency in Bangalore As a senior leader, you’ll steer high-impact campaigns from concept to execution across TV, print, digital, and on-ground. You’ll be part of a collaborative, energetic team that’s driven by ideas and obsessed with craft. Key Responsibilities Lead copy development across 360° campaigns, with a strong focus on ATL (TV, print, radio, OOH) Partner with art and strategy teams to shape creative concepts and storytelling Manage and mentor a team of copywriters and junior creatives Drive brand narratives that are bold, intelligent, and award-worthy Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders, especially in high-stakes pitches and reviews Ensure creative excellence, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and objectives Champion a culture of innovation, craft, and curiosity within the team Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of experience in mainline advertising, with proven work in ATL /Integratedcampaigns for auto brands Strong portfolio of award-winning or highly recognized work (Cannes, Kyoorius, Abbys, etc.) Experience working on auto or mobility brands is a big plus Exceptional copywriting and conceptual skills across formats and platforms Strong leadership experience—managing teams, mentoring talent, and driving creative culture Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment If interested please send your resume and portfolio (including award-winning work) to shibani@hrc-globalservices.com with the subject: Sr. Creative Director (Copy) – Bangalore . #creativecopy #creativedirector Show more Show less
