Senior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Creative:

• Lead the design process from ideation to final execution across digital and print media.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create engaging visuals.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Managing People:

• Be a Design master, Magnificent mediator, Highly skilled multitasker
• Collaborate with business, LOS Leader to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
• Serve as an inspiring role model for all members of the Design team
• Work closely with Art Directors, Marketing LOS Leader, and board members, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design tools.

• Strong Portfolio:

  A proven track record of high-quality design work across various platforms.

• Conceptual Thinking:

  Ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions.

• Collaboration:

  Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to Detail:

  Strong eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.

• Time Management:

  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with design systems.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to collaborate with developers.
