Senior Creative Designer

As a Senior Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the creative vision for the brand. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading with Vision: Drive the creative direction for various campaigns, social media, ads, web/app interfaces, brand decks, and more. Your focus will be on ensuring every output is strategic, stunning, and on-brand. - Shaping Brand Identities: Build, refine, and evolve the visual language to maintain a consistent brand image. - Mentoring & Collaborating: Guide junior designers, inspire cross-functional teams, and collaborate seamlessly with copywriters, marketers, and video editors. - Pushing Boundaries: Bring innovative concepts to life by experimenting with formats, trends, and creative technologies. - Adding Motion (Bonus): Create animations, transitions, or micro-interactions to enhance audience engagement. - Staying Ahead: Keep abreast of design trends, industry shifts, and audience behaviors to maintain a competitive creative edge. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4+ years of experience in creative/visual design, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role. - A strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building and performance-driven creative work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma, with a bonus for Canva speed for quick-turn assets. - Exceptional skills in typography, layout, color, and composition. - Ability to provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and inspire teams to deliver their best.
