Job Title:

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop a team of Business Associates.
Counsel and motivate Business Associates to achieve sales targets for plots and other products.
Handle walk-in customers at the Head Office, providing property details and closing sales.
Assign leads to Business Associates/Wealth Managers and monitor their daily progress.
Take daily reporting from BAs and maintain accurate log sheets and lead progress reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in Counselling/Sales (Real Estate, Edtech, or Finance/Banking preferred).
Female candidates will be given preference.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
