Job Title: Wealth Manager (Insurance) Company: SKS Group Location: Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 Days a Week Job Description: SKS Group is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Wealth Managers (Insurance) to join our growing team in Prayagraj . The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our insurance business by hiring and managing business associates , sourcing new clients , and selling LIC policies through their network. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of business associates. Drive insurance sales through the appointed associates. Identify and source potential clients for LIC insurance products. Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent post-sale service. Keep records of leads, follow-ups, and policy documentation. Required Experience: Minimum 1 year to maximum 5 years in insurance sales or related field. Prior experience in LIC or other life insurance companies will be preferred. Leadership skills to build and manage a team of agents/business associates. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month + Incentives Experienced candidates can get up to 15% hike on their current CTC based on interview performance. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with leadership potential.
