Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor at JLL, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining detailed cost plans and budgets for complex construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments - Preparing and reviewing tender documents, contracts, and cost reports - Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to manage project costs effectively - Monitoring and reporting on project financial performance, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns - Contributing to the continuous improvement of cost management processes and tools To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field - Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AACE) preferred - Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management for large-scale construction projects - Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and industry standards - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in cost management software and the MS Office suite - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills At JLL, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for professional development and career growth, a collaborative and innovative work environment, and the chance to work on high-profile, impactful projects globally.
