Senior Corporate Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter at Avians Innovations Technology Pvt. Ltd., your role involves developing and incorporating an effective recruitment strategy aligned with the talent acquisition goals of the organization. You will be responsible for producing and updating job specifications and descriptions, posting job ads on various platforms, and attracting candidates through social media and professional networks. Your key responsibilities include: - Reviewing and evaluating resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates, staying updated about hiring trends, and best practices - Conducting interviews to assess candidates" skills, knowledge, and experience - Following up with successful candidates, updating internal records, and being a point of contact during the selection process - Consulting with senior business and HR leaders on critical talent gaps and driving an effective talent strategy - Presenting ongoing requisition updates to HR Business Partner, Controller, and Business leaders - Networking, sourcing, and building a talent pipeline with industry leaders, screening, evaluating, and qualifying candidates - Creating a diversity sourcing strategy and building external partnerships with diverse associations - Being the primary negotiator and closer to selected candidates, and preparing/maintaining MIS reports Qualifications required for this role include being a post-graduate with HR specialization and having 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a manufacturing or project-based organization background.
