Senior Corporate Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter (Non IT) at Avians Innovations Technology Pvt. Ltd., located in Chikhli, Pune, your role is crucial in talent management and team management within a manufacturing/project-based organization. With a post-graduate qualification in HR specialization and 5-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's talent acquisition goals. Your key responsibilities will include producing and updating job specifications and descriptions, posting job ads on the company's website, social media channels, and relevant job boards, as well as attracting candidates through various channels such as social media and professional networks. You will review and evaluate resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be involved in negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates, staying updated on hiring trends and best practices, conducting interviews to assess candidates" skills, knowledge, and experience, and following up with successful candidates to update internal records. You will serve as the primary point of contact between candidates and the company during the selection process and consult with senior business and HR leaders on critical talent gaps to drive an effective talent strategy in support of the business. Additionally, you will drive a strong talent assessment process, present ongoing requisition updates to HR Business Partners, Controllers, and Business leaders, network, source, and build a talent pipeline with industry leaders, and create a diversity sourcing strategy for designated business groups. You will be responsible for screening, evaluating, and qualifying candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, and preparing and maintaining MIS reports.
