Join us as our new Senior Core People Tech Analyst As Novonesis is growing rapidly, we are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who is passionate about both Data and Technology. Welcome to the People Tech team. You will join the People Tech team with other approx. 22 talented team members located globally. This team is responsible for driving the People and Organization (P&O) Technology related agenda for Novonesis. Key Responsibilities: Operational Support: Provide responsive and knowledgeable support to HR users, assisting with query resolution, process execution and troubleshooting. Collaborate within Workday support team to manage day-to-day operations and service requests. Process Improvement & Agile Delivery: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using agile principles to enhance HR processes and system usability. Collaborate in cross-functional sprints to deliver iterative enhancements and respond quickly to changing business needs. Data Quality & Mass Uploads: Great eye to detail, focus on data quality and implementation of proactive measures, ensure high standards of data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks. Manage complex and ad-hoc mass data uploads using EIBs and other Workday tools with precision and accountability. Release Management: Analyze bi-annual Workday releases to assess impact, identify opportunities, and ensure readiness. Conduct thorough testing of new features, integrations, and cross-functional dependencies. Deployment & Expansion Projects: Collaborate with Workday Project team to support the rollout of Workday to new business units by mapping current processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements. Lead or contribute to configuration, testing, and validation of new functionality and integrations. Training & Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date training and communication materials. Support or lead training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system adoption. Required Qualification: 5+ years of Workday functional experience, including implementations Experience with Workday Operations Experience in Talent & Performance or Advanced Compensation is preferred Experience in supporting a global organization Ability to work independently and make sound discretionary business decisions with limited guidance Proven history of managing confidential information in a professional manner;good understanding of GDPR Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Desire to work in a fast paced environment A self motivated professional with strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail, and with high level of accuracy Could our purpose be yours?
