Senior Content Writer

Your Role:

• Assign Tasks by providing clear instructions, goals, and a deadline
• Check the progress of the assigned tasks
• Assist the team by discussing the problems they are facing while completing the given task
• Ensure timely submission of the tasks
• Monitor team performance and report weekly to the Content Lead
• Assist in content calendar preparation and follow the same
• Analyze the content marketing strategies and assist in campaign planning and execution
• To host weekly meetings and set agenda for the next
• Provide training to new or senior team members
• Provide weekly tasks progress report
• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
• Developing content for various publishing platforms
• Write authentic non-plagiarized, SEO-savvy content
• Assisting the marketing team in developing content for marketing campaigns.
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve the readability of others
• Ensure brand consistency and optimize content according to SEO guidelines
• Analyze content using various tools Grammarly, Google Analytics, and others to enhance its quality

Must Have

• 2+ years of team handling experience in the SaaS industry preferred
• Should know how to perform competitor analysis and recommend new content to address gaps in the current campaign
• Must be up to date with the current SEO, SaaS, and web traffic metrics
• Have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Good team management and time-management skills
• Anticipate problems that may hinder completion on time and implement a solution
• Must know how to handle one-on-one or team meetings
• Should know about various content writing tools and how to utilize them to produce better-quality content
• Should understand the latest trends in content writing and social media.

Good to Have

• Have prior experience in intent-based or problem-solution writing
• Hands-on experience with various digital media and social platforms
• A willingness to explore growth hacking to explode organic traffic, a plus.
• Understanding and knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools
• Think and create innovative campaigns to build our brand.
• Experience in taking interviews and evaluating ideal candidates
• Experience in training new joiners
