The Opportunity
At Adobe, we’re building India Content Labs (ICL), an elite team that has been powering global marketing content delivery across key businesses and regions. ICL is seeking a strategic content creator who will contribute to some of the most visible and valued marketing experiences in the industry.This individual will be a master of messaging who can bring editorial precision across digital platforms. We are in search of storytellers who can easily switch between long- and short-form content to deliver narratives that build lasting impact.
What You'll Do
- Create and edit top-quality content for various marketing channels and platforms, including web, blogs, guides, social media, email campaigns, etc.
- A bility to work on long-form and short-form content, video scripting, thought leadership content, and promotional content.
- S hould be capable of oscillating between long-form and short-form content writing. This includes working on thought leadership content, promotional content, and video scripting, which is an added bonus due to the team's involvement in video production.
- Seeking candidates with strong experience in web content writing, including customer-centric language, storytelling, and a solid understanding of content processes.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders, maintaining a high bar for clarity, quality, and audience engagement across website content.
- S hould have experience in corporate content writing, particularly in marketing content, customer content, and customer-facing content. This experience is crucial for understanding the specific needs of B2B organizations, especially in the SaaS sector.
- Translate product features into winning value propositions and messaging for key audience segments within stipulated delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice, and adapt your writing style to various digital platforms.
- Visualize and create core marketing content by gaining a deep understanding of creative briefs and Adobe's brand.
- Maintain tone, style, formatting, and SEO hygiene to match brand standards.
- Research and familiarize yourself with our products, target audience, and use cases.
- Collaborate and coordinate with design and motion graphics teams, providing creative direction to them to deliver engaging experiences.
- Work across cross-functional teams to drive strategic alignment, operational rigor, and global scalability.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor/master’s degree in journalism, mass communication, or related field is preferred.
- 12-18 years of experience in writing enterprise B2B content.
- Excellent written communication skills — ability to write, clear, concise, compelling, grammatically, and technically correct content.
- Experience in creating customer-facing content for global markets with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of AP Stylebook and Chicago Manual of Style.
- Excellent editorial, collaboration, and leadership skills.
