Senior Consultant

Job Title: UAT TesterLocation: Offshore, Experience: 5–6 YearsRole Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-endCorporate Banking user journey flows, ensuring that delivered solutions meet userrequirements and function as intended in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understandfunctional requirements and business processes. Prepare detailed UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on businessrequirements. Execute UAT test cases and document results, ensuring all defects are logged andtracked to closure. Validate integration points and end-to-end workflows across multiple systems. Coordinate with development, QA teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues andretest fixes. Provide clear and timely status updates to project managers and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with organizational testing standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Experience: 5–6 years in UAT or functional testing roles. Strong understanding of banking/financial services domain. Understanding andexperience of testing Corporate Banking applications, modules and process flows(preferred). Hands-on experience in preparing and executing UAT test cases. Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, or similar). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment. Basic knowledge of SQL for data validationEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relatedfield.
