Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in Transaction Tax, you will provide expert advice and support to clients on various transaction-related tax matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, analyze tax implications of transactions, and develop strategies to optimize tax outcomes. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.

Key
Client Advisory Provide tax advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Tax Planning Develop and implement tax-efficient structures for transactions, including analyzing the tax implications of different transaction scenarios. Due Diligence Conduct tax due diligence for clients involved in transactions, identifying potential tax risks and opportunities. Research and Analysis Stay updated on tax legislation and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with other consultants, legal advisors, and financial professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Mentorship Mentor and train junior consultants, providing guidance on technical tax issues and client management. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing exceptional service.
