We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant specialist – Archer Specialist

In this role, you will:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design, development and configuration of HSBC Archer applications built upon Windows servers. Customize Archer solutions utilizing advanced workflow, DDEs, ODAs, Mail merge, custom objects and platform components.
• Perform daily administration tasks i.e. user access, data feeds, advanced workflows, questionnaires, reports and dashboards.
• Lead and manage Archer implementation projects from business requirements through delivery.
• Responsible for system upgrades, testing and production deployments.
• Implement and maintain data integrations utilizing JavaScript, SQL, XSLT and .NET based connectors.
• Work directly with the business application owners to understand requirements and complete development, testing and create Archer package for production deployment following HSBC coding, deployment policies.
• Support DevOps work in agile environment
• Must be able to work on ad hoc requests for automation, documentation, creating reports etc.
• Provide functional and technical assistance to support teams
• Strict adherence to HSBC policy and controls.
• Work as a team player supporting team and business application owners

Essential Skills:

• 10+ years hands-on experience with Archer platform.

• Proficient in configuring applications, data feeds (JavaScript Transporter, HTTPS, DB queries.

• Proficient in Archer advanced workflows

• Extensive experience in SQL, JavaScript and .NET for integration and scripting needs.

• Experience in Archer APIs.

• Ensuring the Technical standard and coding Practices are followed in the deliveries.

• Ensure and Embed Agile and Devops practices within the team.

• Ability to respond to questions / points of clarification from application suppliers, test teams and business in respect of the functionality being delivered

• Demonstrable experience in the areas described above in a small to medium software delivery environment.

• A proven track record of the successful delivery of projects in previous domains to tight deadlines.

• Delivery of releases in an agile delivery environment as well as traditional waterfall delivery.

• Solid understanding of GRC principles and industry best practices.

Good to have

Experience on other GRC Products

• Archer professional certifications
• Experience utilizing Python and other technologies
• Knowledge of Custom Object coding for Archer custom code utilizing Java Script and Python.
