Senior Consultant - Risk Consulting- Internal Audit- Insurance- Mumbai/Pune/Delhi

Role Overview: As a Manager in the Business Consulting Risk team at EY, you will be part of a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services. Your role will focus on internal audit and other risk advisory engagements for asset managers or reviewing investment processes for insurance companies. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end internal audits, identifying key areas of improvement in client's business processes, and contributing to business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end internal audits including process understanding, preparation of risk and control matrix, control testing, preparation of audit reports, and agreeing on issues/actions with management. - Have an in-depth understanding of asset management industry risks/issues/trends and investment processes for various asset classes. - Thorough knowledge of Internal Audit, SOX/ICFR methodology, and IIA requirements. - Deliver/manage engagements to time, cost, and high quality. - Identify areas of improvement in client's business processes and provide insightful recommendations. - Contribute to business development activities and comply with the firm's quality and risk management policies. Qualification Required: - A CA or master's degree in Science, Arts, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. - University undergraduate degree, post-graduation preferred. - Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
