Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Consultant located in New Delhi. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for working closely with law firm leaders to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and prepare for future industry changes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth analyses, leading client meetings, developing bespoke consulting solutions, training client teams, and monitoring the implementation of solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

• Proven track record in consultancy, preferably in the legal or professional services sector

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Flexibility to travel as needed
