Role Description This is a full-time role for an Associate at Pant & Co located in Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in identifying growth opportunities, streamlining operational systems, and preparing firms for future challenges in the legal industry. Qualifications Legal research and analysis skills Project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software Experience in law firm operations and strategy is a plus Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
