Senior Consultant

UIM Developer to design and implement inventory solutions. Expertise in modeling both logical and physical inventory, integrating with upstream systems, and customizing UIM functionality.

Responsibilities

• Model logical as well as physical inventory in UIM cartridge
• Integration of UIM with upstream systems using web services
• Hands-on experience in SFWS, Technical Actions, Custom SOAP and REST web services, UIM APIs.
• Modelling logical as well as physical inventory in UIM cartridge
• Able to develop rulesets, custom extension points in the cartridge.
• Knowledge on conceptual modelling
• Experience of inventory data migration across MSS & UIM
• Strong knowledge of Communications and OSS domain with B2B & B2C Service implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Network domain such as MPLS, VPLS, VPN, VLL, Optical circuit, DSL, VoIP.
• Good understanding and knowledge on Telecom protocols (SNMP, TL1, CORBA, FTP, Telnet, SSH etc.)
• Good knowledge on UIM Data model
• Experience in UIM installation, upgradation, and deployments.
• Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, Weblogic, Webservices
• Should have good working knowledge in UNIX / LINUX environments
• Understanding of the Oracle RODOD/RSDOD Solution .
• Should possess awareness of TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model & Oracle RODOD/RSDOD Solution
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
• Should be able to work both as an individual and in a team.
• Ability and inclination to learn new products, packages quickly.
