Job Description

Role – Senior Consultant (Primary Market Research)

Location – Bangalore/Gurgaon

Experience – 8+ years in Primary market research(PMR)

Role Summary -

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable research questions/ survey
Analyze primary data collected through interviews and surveys to generate insights
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the research process
Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client and stakeholder expectations and timelines
Independently manage projects with minimal supervision, ensuring productivity and quality

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences; MBA preferred
8–12 years of experience in PMR
, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
