Senior Consultant

1. Planning & Design

• Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for STPs, storm water, and drainage networks in compliance with local and international standards.

• Conduct feasibility studies, hydraulic modeling, and capacity assessments.

• Select appropriate technologies and processes for wastewater treatment based on site conditions and regulatory requirements.

2. Project Execution & Supervision

• Oversee construction and installation of STP components (pumps, aeration systems, clarifiers, sludge handling units, etc.) and storm water/drainage infrastructure.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and works.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

3. Operations & Maintenance Support

• Develop operation and maintenance protocols for treatment plants and drainage systems.

• Conduct troubleshooting, performance optimization, and preventive maintenance planning.

• Train operational staff on best practices for wastewater and storm water system management.

4. Regulatory & Documentation

• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, tender documents, and as-built drawings.

• Ensure compliance with municipal, environmental, and public health regulations.

• Liaise with authorities for necessary approvals and environmental clearances.

5. Technical Skills & Tools

• Knowledge of process design for conventional and advanced STP technologies (e.g., MBBR, SBR, ASP).

• Familiarity with storm water harvesting, flood mitigation measures, and sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDS).
