Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant-FS-Business Consulting at EY, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in various initiatives such as business strategy, market assessment, process improvement, and program management. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and preparing high-quality deliverables inline with EY's quality standards. Additionally, you will lead program management activities and collaborate seamlessly with multiple EY teams. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients on initiatives such as business strategy, market assessment, and process improvement - Understand engagement objectives, business needs, critical outcomes, and timelines - Build positive relationships with client stakeholders - Act as a single point of contact for a workstream/module of the engagement - Prepare high-quality deliverables for the assigned workstream in a timely manner - Provide recommendations that address customer objectives and articulate the value proposition - Lead program management activities including preparation of updates for meetings - Assist in the preparation of sales collaterals such as RFP responses and client proposals - Collaborate with multiple EY teams on proposals and engagements - Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and the firm - Coach junior team members and assist in their areas of improvement Qualifications Required: - Full-time MBA from a top-tier institution with a good academic background - Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing environments and manage multiple clients - Willingness to travel and deliver engagement from client locations within and outside India Additional Details: EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services with over 200,000 clients worldwide and 33,000 people in India.
