Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end construction project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
Lead a team of project managers, site engineers, and contractors.
Prepare & monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory compliance.
Review contracts, drawings, and BOQs; coordinate with architects & consultants.
Handle vendor/contractor negotiations and billing approvals.
Conduct weekly progress meetings and submit MIS reports to management.
Resolve site issues and ensure projects meet deadlines.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership & people management.
Expertise in project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project).
Excellent problem-solving & decision-making.
Deep knowledge of civil engineering standards and regulations.
