Senior Compensation Consultant

As a Senior Consultant in Compensation Consulting with our global clients in Hyderabad, your role will involve independently delivering solutions in the Compensation & Benefits segment of Career Products. Your responsibilities will include researching client context, analyzing data, preparing reports, and participating in business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Create project plans based on agreed scope of work - Seek sign-off from Project Manager and client project team - Schedule meetings with client points of contact as per project plan - Monitor and report progress against deliverables - Make presentations on recommended solutions - Modify solutions based on client feedback within Mercers framework - Liaise with Finance for timely invoicing based on deliverables - Identify and engage with key clients in assigned industry segment - Meet and present solutions to prospective clients - Create and modify proposals as needed - Establish strong relationships with clients - Ensure continued engagement beyond project delivery to grow client relationships Qualifications Required: - MBA/Post Graduation in Human Resources or equivalent from a premier B school - Relevant experience in compensation domain (consulting experience preferred) - Operations profiles will not be considered What Makes You Stand Out: - HR background with experience in Compensation & Benefits preferred - Strong understanding of HR areas, comfort with numbers, and familiarity with compensation terminology - High proficiency in Excel and data analytics - Dynamic, motivated, flexible, result-oriented with ability to perform under pressure - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills In addition to the role specifics, you will benefit from professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders by joining our team.
