Job Description

Tricog is a healthcare tech product-based company in Bangalore. We are striving to revolutionize healthcare by providing predictive virtual diagnostic solutions for cardiovascular diseases. Now we are on a mission to reinvent the healthcare management system with our new initiative.

We are looking for a passionate communications specialist to lead our brand storytelling and positioning efforts. You’ll work closely with the CEO to craft compelling narratives that build public trust and highlight our impact in cardiovascular med-tech. As our first dedicated communications hire, you’ll define and amplify Tricog’s voice across platforms, bringing to life the human stories behind our technology and establishing us as a recognizable, trusted brand in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Storytelling

    : Develop and execute a cohesive communication strategy, creating content that highlights the real-world impact of our innovations.
  • Content Creation

    : Write and edit high-quality narratives, including case studies, articles, press notes, and social media posts by interviewing clinicians, patients, and internal teams.
  • PR & Visibility

    : Revive Tricog’s media presence through press relations, events, and founder-driven thought leadership.
  • Campaigns & Fieldwork

    : Own brand campaigns online and offline. Travel to hospitals/clinics to collect first-hand stories, visuals, and testimonials.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment

    : Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to ensure a consistent brand message.
  • Brand Monitoring

    : Track media visibility, audience engagement, and brand sentiment; refine strategy accordingly.


Ideal Profile

  • 7-10 years in communications, PR, or content roles (healthcare, tech, or B2B preferred)
  • A Mass Communications/ Journalism background is a must
  • Strong writing skills with a knack for storytelling and simplifying technical topics
  • Strategic thinker with high ownership and execution capability
  • Prior experience working closely with founders or CXOs is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and interact with front line stakeholders (doctors, hospitals, clinics)
