Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employer brand strategies across digital, social, events, and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Create compelling, on-brand messaging for diverse channels, including recruitment collateral, presentations, web and social content, and advertisements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events and conferences from vendor engagement to on-site branding execution.
  • Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence, leveraging employee ambassadors to boost engagement and brand reach.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure communications are effective, consistent, and brand-compliant.
  • Conduct brand adherence checks for materials across all business lines.
  • Analyze brand positioning and audience insights to inform strategy.
  • Measure campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to identify thought leadership opportunities for subject matter experts and executives.
  • Guide brand positioning across projects and serve as a champion for our brand beliefs and identity.
