Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end communication strategies to elevate brand presence.
Design and implement employer branding campaigns to attract top-tier talent.
Manage public relations and ensure unified messaging across internal and external platforms.
Develop content for campus branding, leadership speeches, press releases, newsletters, social media, and more.
Handle brand reputation management, crisis communication, and strategic positioning.
Collaborate with the global communications team for consistency in messaging.
Analyze communication strategies and optimize performance using metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors/ Masters in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.
6-8 years of professional experience in corporate communications, PR, or related roles.
Strong content creation, storytelling, and project management skills.
Proficiency in employer branding platforms (LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Glassdoor, etc.).
Proven expertise in media relations, event management, and strategic content development.
