The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete student counselling cycle from university shortlisting to visa processing. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on study options in Germany, UK, Canada, and Australia. Guide students through the application, documentation, scholarships, and visa process. Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities. Assist students with SOPs, LORs, application submissions, and interview preparation. Stay updated with latest university requirements, deadlines, and immigration changes. Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the process. Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor. In-depth knowledge of Germany, UK, Canada, and Australia admissions & visa procedures. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple student profiles with attention to detail. Graduate or Postgraduate (Education/Management background preferred). Target-driven with a student-first approach.

Assist in preparing and reviewing applications, SOPs, LORs, and documentation. Support students with visa processes, interview preparation, and financial documents. Stay updated with German universities, admission deadlines, scholarships, and visa rules. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for student admissions. Build and maintain strong student relationships. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor (Germany specialization mandatory). Strong knowledge of DAAD, APS Certificate, blocked account, visa process, and admission requirements. Excellent communication and counseling skills. Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism. Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Education, Management, or related field preferred).
