Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor with strong expertise in Germany admissions. The ideal candidate will guide students through the complete application process, from counseling and university selection to admission and visa assistance. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on study options in Germany (Bachelor’s & Master’s programs). Guide students on university selection, eligibility, courses, and career pathways. Assist in preparing and reviewing applications, SOPs, LORs, and documentation. Support students with visa processes, interview preparation, and financial documents. Stay updated with German universities, admission deadlines, scholarships, and visa rules. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for student admissions. Build and maintain strong student relationships. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor (Germany specialization mandatory). Strong knowledge of DAAD, APS Certificate, blocked account, visa process, and admission requirements. Excellent communication and counseling skills. Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism. Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Education, Management, or related field preferred).
