Tasks:
· Startup & installation coordination
· Debugging software in collaboration with software department
· Making adjustments to settings in order to ensure optimal performance
· Site acceptance test and handing over system to customer
· Operator training
· Maintenance training
Skills
· Coordinating teams during installation & commissioning
· Willingness to travel 70-80% (intercontinental)
o Travel periods will be 3-4 weeks abroad, followed by 1 week of leave.
o Travel to Netherlands will also be required periodically
· University level in a technical field
· Mechanical and electrical engineering skills
· Basic knowledge of Siemens PLC systems (TiaPortal)
· Draft reports of findings and possible improvements
· Providing remote support to your colleagues who are installing and commissioning systems elsewhere
· Minimum 10 years experience in commissioning complex machines and systems
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal
· Experience to cultural differences in international environments
