Job Description

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for commercial leasing/sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and expand relationships with corporate clients, investors, and brokers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients.
  • Understand client requirements (office space, retail, showroom, etc.) and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to deal closure.
  • Manage leasing/renting of commercial properties (office spaces, retail outlets, showrooms, etc.).
  • Negotiate rental agreements, lease terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during deal execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demand-supply gaps.
  • Prepare sales strategies to attract premium clients and brands.
  • Suggest pricing strategies to management for competitive positioning.
  • Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve collective targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams for seamless deal closures.
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance reports of the team.
  • Represent the company at business events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Build a strong network with real estate consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Promote the company’s commercial projects to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, proposals, and agreements.
  • Prepare regular MIS and sales performance reports for management review.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
