Senior Commercial Manager

• Provide expert procurement, commercial and contract support through the pre-construction and construction stages of the project
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
• Enable the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client gets best value from works undertaken
• Proactively lead all commercial risk management efforts
• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
• Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership

• Have grown your cost management experience over 10 years with increasing levels of scope of responsibility
• Have diverse cost management experience with both the MEP and CSA skillset
• Are detail oriented and quality focused
