Job Description

As a Senior Customer Success & Renewals Representative for Oracle's MySQL Business in the India market, your role will involve focusing on developing existing customers and acquiring new clients. MySQL is a rapidly growing business within Oracle, widely used by software companies worldwide. Your responsibilities will include managing revenue opportunities, renewals for on-premises software sales, subscription licenses, and perpetual licenses, as well as ISV business within the Indian Market. Key Responsibilities: - Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solutions and identify product expansion opportunities through high-value client relationships. - Develop financially sound business strategies within existing accounts in your territory. - Manage accounts throughout the sales/renewals process, collaborating with team members to address customer needs. - Conduct on-site customer presentations with C-level executives to negotiate and close strategic deals. - Work with the MySQL Channel Manager to recruit and enable new partners. - Forecast renewals, plan territories, generate demand, develop deal strategies, and analyze trends. - Participate in strategic and tactical planning, driving the execution of growth initiatives. - Understand Oracle MySQL's product offerings and competitive landscape to develop comprehensive solution proposals. - Collaborate with the APAC Regional Marketing team to organize and attend events promoting MySQL solutions. - Travel to customer sites to identify and develop new opportunities in existing accounts. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of customer success, renewals, sales, or channel experience, with a minimum of 5 years in software/database sales. - Experience managing enterprise accounts and creating upsell opportunities in a complex market. - Strong knowledge of database and software & hardware businesses. - Proficiency in strategic sales planning and implementation. - Excellent communication skills across various levels in a complex environment. - Leadership skills including mentoring, team building, conflict resolution, and management. - Degree educated, preferably in Information Technology or Business Administration. - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and video conferencing software. - Strong sales and marketing skills, including needs analysis, business justification, and closing methodologies. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to convert opportunities into revenue, execute initiatives, meet renewals KPIs, and achieve or exceed assigned quotas. You will play a crucial role in driving Oracle's MySQL business forward in the India market.,
